Our mission is to create opportunities that enrich the lives of people with disabilities. We do this by connecting people with a variety of disabilities to employment and community engagement opportunities. We offer a variety of options so individuals have choices for how they would like to participate in their communities. Our Employment Services focus on matching a person’s passion and skills to the best employment opportunity. Our Day Support Program provides opportunities to improve independent living skills and engage with the community. As a government contractor, we provide diverse employment opportunities for people with disabilities and deliver exceptional service solutions for our government customers. And, our commercial businesses, The UPS Stores and Didlake Imaging, provide retail employment and training opportunities for people with disabilities and support local entrepreneurs and small business growth in Prince William County.
